LISTENING TO YOUR MOTHER: A Nature Journaling and Self-Reflection Course

A nature journal is an opportunity to connect with and study the natural world—a place to develop a greater awareness of our surroundings, and to cultivate a mindfulness of our place in the grand cosmos. Learn to engage creatively with the natural world through personal observation, writing, and reflection. Journaling or naturalist experience is not required –just a curious mind and a nearby natural space!
The 4-week online workshop is meant to help you slow down your busy mind and practice “little noticings” in your nearby natural environment and put them in your notebook for later reflection. A park, a playground, your backyard, even a window box…
